30 leaves Sweet basil leave
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon of garlic
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil preferred or any olive oil
salt to taste
In process of making pesto, I never use any food processor to make my pesto. Although it is easier to do it. I found that the blade will kill the taste of the basil. I made mine by pounding. They end result is very delicious.
