Homemade Tortellini with white sauce & chicken

This is usually our Saturday or Sunday meal. It's very satisfying. I buy a pack of Wonton skin from the Asian supermarket. I like using Jack Pepper cheese and cooked ham. I always used the whole pack of wonton skin thus I ended up with a lot of leftover. So... I just put them on Ziploc and freeze them for a later use.

Tortellini
Use wonton's skin (it's quicker and the result is awesome too!)

Filling:
Put cheese (mozzarella or jack pepper etc) which ever you like
and cooked ham. Or you can use whatever filling you like.
Then you roll it make it like tortellini shape...
You can make them a lot and store them on a freezer for a later use.

For the sauce:
cut 2 strips of bacon into small pieces and fried them (then put them aside).

Optional:
You can add chicken
1 chicken breast divide it into half and pound it
Use Italian bread crumbs + all purpose flour for coating
Use a little bit of the bacon oil for frying

on a separate pan Saute about 3mins:
1 teaspoon of olive oil (or you can use the oil from bacon)
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of Minced garlic
1/4 cup of carnation milk
a handful of peas (optional)
a splash of Bacardi liquor

Then add the tortellinis, let the sauce + tortellinis mix to absorb the taste for about about 3-4mins on a mid-fire
Turn off the stove and put some grated Parmesan cheese, this will thicken more of your sauce. If you like it really cheesy then put them a lot...

Salt + Pepper to taste

Then chopped some Italian Parsley
When the Tortellinis are ready put them on a plate and add the bacon + Parsley
Enjoy!
