Spaghetti with white clam sauce

Brush 1 bag of clams to get rid of any dirt

Boil 2 cups of water and add salt

When the water boiled, put the clean clams inside the pot and cover it.
Once the shells opened, then take the clams out from the pot.
Don't throw the water!!
Filter the water/juice to avoid any sands.

Boil a water to cook the pasta
When it's boiled put the pasta in
the add salt for seasoning
Let it cook

On a pan, saute:
add olive oil on a hot frying pan
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic cook until brown
1 cup Add back the clam juice that you had filtered.
1/2 cup carnation milk
dry white wine (if you don't have just put bacardi otherwise just opt it)
Oregano
crushed red pepper flakes (if you don't like spicy just opt it)
Let it boil then put clams and pasta back to the pan.
add salt + pepper then Let it sit for 3 mins and cover it.
turn off the stove and add 1 tablespoon of butter.

Once it's ready put it on a plate and add
Italian Parsley + grated Parmesan cheese.
