Tuna Melt Sandwich with pesto dressing

2 cans tuna oil
2 slices cheese by preference
1/4 of medium size of red onions
1/4 of bell pepper
1 teaspoon garlic paste
salt + pepper +cumin to taste
1 dash paprika
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoon of mayo
1 tablespoon olive oil
use any bread you like
butter for bread (you can skip this)
pesto dressing

heat up your pan, put olive oil, saute your onion, bell pepper until they're brown, then saute garlic paste for 30 second, and add the tuna. saute everything for 3-5 mins. add paprika, then add salt + pepper + cumin to taste, saute for another 1min.
Then turn off your stove. Cool it off. Once it is cool, add lemon juice + Mayo.
put some butter on your bread (those of you who are on diet, can skip this) and toasted on the pan until it's yellow/golden. take your bread out off the pan and add pesto paste + tuna + cheese while the bread still very hot.
